Group Yoga Classes
My main style of teaching – Vinyasa flow.
Vinyasa style is like a moving meditation where breathing, postures and transitions comes together in one flow.
I always use modifications in my classes , always giving options to make the practice perfectly suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels.
For each class, I create a special theme.
Inversions, arm balances, power asanas, deep backbends = core work, upper body strength, shoulder mobility, strong glutes, active legs etc.
Balances, splits, twists = active stretch, hip opening, hip mobility, combination of strengthening and stretching.
Along with this, you learn to breathe correctly, control your body, work with your body and then relax it (as this is very important!).
Movement is life .
Moving consciously in unison with your breath is like meditation.
